Where Does the Funding Go? Research on African Founded Start-Ups

It was great sitting down to speak with investors and start-ups recently as we support EchoVC who is working in partnership with Shell Foundation (UK registered charity) to research African-founded start-ups in the agriculture, energy and mobility sectors. What are the patterns for investment? What informs decision-making? Are perceptions anchored in reality? As we engage with start-ups and investors across Africa, our research, alongside Briter Bridges and Triple Line, is aimed at answering these questions.
